Grand Canyon Youth is one of the beneficiaries of this year's event-- we are so grateful! Grand Canyon Youth partners with Coconino Coalition for Children and Youth on P.A.W.S. project.

Promoting Assets with Sculpture (PAWS) is a Coconino Coalition for Children and Youth led public art project in Flagstaff. With the help of the Coalition and an anonymous donor, GCYC students have paired up with Hozhoni artist Robert Zappanti to paint a large mountain lion sculpture. Each sculpture in the greater Flagstaff community depicts one of 40 developmental assets outlined by the Coalition. Participants in the project chose the asset "Positive Peer Influence" for their lion. This project is completed. Stop by Heritage Square in downtown Flagstaff to check it out!
